I will keep my review short.

When I first opend the box I was very dissapointed.
I thought about some of the jokes on the forums about fucking Mr. peanut or assimo! LOL
I put everything together and lubed the device.
They use WET lube, which is available everywhere.
Using a towel under the device, as I have read in the forums, is a very good idea.
Note: You need a decent errection before using the device and because you are paying by the minute it might be a good idea to get ready off the realtouch meter.
I tried a few movies and all I can say is WOW.
The device was VERY impressive.
I was amazed at some of the subtle feelings the Realtouch could generate.
I agree with most of the posts the slow sensations are amazing.
It's not really like sex (because your not really fucking the device - the device is fucking you), but the blow jobs are amazing.
Calling it a "penis massager" would be an understatement.
I busted a few unbelievably amazing nuts using the realtouch.
The only thing dissapointing about the device is using up my minutes went very quick and that made me very anxious.
I would probably use this device twice a day if they had some sort of ($50-100/mo) unlimited membership.
@ $10-$25 per session I would have to limit my use of the realtouch to maybe once or twice a week.
I understand realtouch's business model, but i think they are forgetting that heavy users become evangelists and ultimately they will sell more devices. I wish they had an "unlimited" plan.
I feel like I'm held at gunpoint with their business model, and in my spare time I'm probably going to hack the device and produce my own homebrew software/hardware for the realtouch for my own pleasure.
A "kid" hacked the iphone (and the PS3) in a summer. It shouldn't take us pros more than a week or two.
If there are any other hardware/software engineers out there interested in forming a SMALL non-commercial club let me know.
