I've got the same complaints as others on here. A big buzz kill though was (and still is) the video being very choppy. I'm still working on getting that fixed. However, one video worked fine enough (ashlynn brooke hand job) to get me off so I think I can post a review based on my experience so far.
Prep is easy enough. Just follow the 3 page manual. I suggest placing a thick towel underneath the unit before you use it, maybe even fold it to have more layers. I just sat on a single towel and the lube leaked through to my fabric chair.
I cleaned the device with soap and water before first use because it had a harsh plasticy/packing smell to it. When you're cleaning, watch out for the plastic edges where the case snaps in place! They are kind of sharp, the manufacturers should round those out.
I didn't fill the lube as suggested. I used half a bottle and was fine with that.
The realtouch is definitely not like real sex, but pretty good for a virtual sex experience. Like others have said, the blowjob is pretty good because of the different speeds and sensations. One detail I noticed was the deep throat simulation, it kinda does a few hesitation "clicks". Again, its not like the real thing, but my mind kinda gets into it knowing that the hesitation is supposed to be like penetrating the tonsils.
