I got my realtouch today, carefully followed all the instructions and have a few comments on its operation and i guess i glitch that has occurred while using. First id like to say, not bad... Its a little louder than i expected but thats not too much of a problem. The only big problem ive found so far if it seems the belts come loose or something b/c the entire device randomly violently vibrates with a very loud sound (kind of a very fast/loud clicking that creates a bit of vibration) and the belts seem to stop while this is happening, i figured out i needed to keep a finger at the top of the orifice and it seemed to keep this problem at bay, also lube leaks EVERYWHERE... tried keeping it perfectly horizontal but it seems to 'seep' through the cracks (simultaneously soaking my chair) not through the orifice. It would seem it still has a few kinks or maybe i got a partially defective unit.
Positive comments... Not bad, still exploring the different videos since none 'feel' the same, i gotta say the little splash of lube feels pretty cool. Overall id say this is pretty good but i think i need to try and find a video where the action is a bit slower, the more fast paced periods seem to have a desensitizing effect whereas the little slower movement and tongue flicks feel pretty great. as for the difference between oral/vaginal/anal, its kind of hard to explain, more experimentation is necessary.
Anyway thats my 2 cents, if the above problem i mentioned with the loud noise and vibration is not supposed to be happening let me know, i certainly dont want to keep using it if there is a potential hardware malfunction that could lead to device damage.
Used up about 30 minutes in two different sessions.
i hope this post doesnt scare anyone away, besides the little glitch id say it was worth it to have the "Hands Free" technology
Thanks for the interesting and honest review. When I get mine (hopefully tomorrow, though I have some appointments and hope they deliver if I'm not home!), I'll let you know if I'm experiencing the same noise/vibration/belt/lube issues...
Hopefully those problems work themselves out or get resolved. Duct tape immediately came to mind, but they should be able to fix it correctly in the worst case.
If you guys wouldn't mind giving some comparisons to other toys and real sex it would be really helpful. Texture, tightness, deltas like it's always stimulating everything vs only certain parts at a time with sex/toys, and what does the orifice do? Does it tighten at the end of the down stroke, pulsate, or stay tight in long sections? How is the heat?
The texture looks a bit like a Fleshlight wonder wave or super ribbed. Having used those I can easily imagine a high speed scene could be desensitizing. I imagine a thread will get started where people will post good slow scenes..
I really hope that Hawk is able to resolve the problem with his realtouch leaking lube everywhere. Keep the reviews coming guys. Be sure to include details like: About how much lube is used in a 5 minute session/hardware problems like the ones that Hawk has described/pros and cons/etc. Thanks guys.
Also, one quick question: Let's say the male in the video has like an 8 inch penis and the female porn star is licking the very tip of his penis...But, what if I have a 5 inch penis? Hey Hawk, thanks for the review. A couple of things:
For the lube we wanted to be a little aggressive, but we realized that some people may find there is too much lube being used. So we incorporated the slider bar for the lube. You can turn the lube off once you feel there is enough. When you want that "cool" feeling you can then hit the "lube burst" button.
Could you go into a little more detail about this violent vibration? I am thinking it is an effect that we have programed into the video. Does it happen on every video? Or could you tell me a specific time and place and the video it is happening in?
it seemed to me that the loud/fast clicking sound happens randomly during a sex act or when shes momentarily not doing anything, of course after only using it twice im gonna need to test it out some more, like replaying the part of video where it occurs, to see if it is programmed or a glitch. I'll be sure to comment on my findings. As far as the other questions ill do my best to answer some of those:
The lube amount like haptic said, is adjustable, the first time i used it i filled the reservoir with about 3/4 of the bottle and by the end of the second session (about 30 minutes of use) it was depleted. with that said ill also include that the first time i left the lubrication at 100% and admittedly pressed that lube burst button a bunch of times b/c it was freakin awsome. the second time, after there was sufficient lubrication i turned lubrication off totally and manually pressed that burst button once or twice when i felt it necessary or appropriate. and Oddly enough there seemed to be a bit more leakage the second time around with less lube use but that could have been from excess water from first cleaning, so again more experimentation is required.
As far as comparing to other products and bein a fleshlight owner, id have to say its better. especially once i find slower videos to avoid the desensitizing effect (only 32 minutes left so hopefully i can find one b4 my minutes run out.) i know this is gonna be probably #1 on my list of sextoys.
As far as the size thing is concerned i too was wondering how they would fix that and it doesnt seem to be a problem, i was feeling the tongue flicks right below the head almost farther down than was on screen. im about 7 inches so id say that aspect felt pretty close to perfect.
The orifice does in fact open and close but with all the other things going on its kind of hard to notice.
As far as comparing it to real sex id have to say it comes up short, but i wasnt expecting to close my eyes and feel like i was really getting sucked off (though it does a pretty damn good job of it) I dont think there is any sex toy that can reproduce "Actual" sex with a woman, not a fleshlight or real doll.... though perhaps some kind of fleshlight, realtouch, realdoll hybrid.... but i digress...

oh just thought of this idea, perhaps an upgrade to the software that has a slider bar for the belt speed would eliminate that whole desensitizing issue..

Just got my RealTouch late last week. My partner and I tried it out. He lasted about 2 minutes before getting off. I've bought lots of toys and masturbation devices. Due to medical reasons I don't stay hard long enough to penetrate. Mostly bottom here. While using the other toys is always fun they never get me off. I'm one of those guys who takes forever to get off. But using the RT the first time after my partner I have to say it's the best toy purchase I've ever made. In 10 minutes flat I was shooting! I worried about not always be hard using it but find that the stimulation it provides helps keep me harder and enjoying every minute. Only downside I see to it is the cost of the minutes.
