I ordered mine to today. Did they give you a hard ship date? They just told 5-7 business days to ship.

Can someone please help me. How do I receive the email from Realtouch? I have already received their email from back in May saying that I can buy the realtouch at 150$. They have my email so why are they not emailing me? That is not FAIR AT ALL if I have to pay 200$ instead of 150$ like they promised me... Help please D:
I'd suggest simply being patient. As others have said, only a small portion of those promised have received the e-mail so far. I'm sure that's intentional and could be for a variety of reasons (starting with a small sample to make sure initial customers are satisfied, needing a tiered approach to meet demand, etc.). If you received the e-mail in May (I did too), I'm sure you'll be getting the discount e-mail eventually - there's no way to make it happen any faster, and from what another said it sounds like we can't go ahead and call and order ahead of time, so we just need to chill. I'm in the same boat.
Oh, and re the pricing structure:
200 Minutes $99.95
100 Minutes $59.95
60 Minutes $39.95
30 Minutes $24.95
15 Minutes $14.95
This actually makes me quite a bit happier with the product than I was. Initial talk was $1.00 per minute and I was worried it'd be locked at that, so with the package prices, you're cutting it down to just under 50 cents per minute for the biggest package. If the device is really, really good, that's IMO much more reasonable and worth it. (Just my 2 cents of course - it's still an expensive toy, but I can actually see myself using it now as a few times a week indulgence while using some other toys to supplement).

So, will I get the email within a week? Because they said that they would be charging 200$ instead of 150$ after the first week. Chances are the pricing for the minutes won't matter. I gaurantee you some programmer somewhere could hack the software and you'll be able to just use videos you own on your computer.

Seriously CALM down. Those emails are for people who recieved them. It's 7 days for THEM to purchase at 149 or it goes up. NOT you. Just wait when you get in email YOU will then have 7 days. It's just a toy not the end of the world i assure you.
this makes me happy and sad at the same time. Happy because its done no more waiting. this will be my dream toy come to life
. But then I have no email. So here I wait. It still doesnt let you buy it at the 200 price. I know im paying that because my email in the list was during that time it said 200. I just hope I can at least order it by oct.
