Usecom, I'm sorry to hear you're still disappointed and can't get off in RealTouch. It may be the stimulation just isn't your cup of tea - personally I can't see going for 25 minutes without an orgasm in the thing. Even my second time yesterday (haven't had the chance to use mine today) I wasn't able to make it more than 10 minutes. So something's seriously not working for you if you're not even close after 25.

I also hope you're able to return the device after you explain your situation as it's no fun to be stuck with something that doesn't work for you, especially when it's expensive. I don't know if their policy will allow it, but if you explain your situation in detail, they might. Good luck.
I hope it works for you Future. I am 45 years old so maybe I am too set in my ways? I don't know. I just know my hand feels better to me.

Well I think I know where trying to get my money back is going to end up.I'll give them a chance to make it right and I'll let everyone know how it turns out. I am considering putting a video on You Tube. The only reviews are from AEBN and I think it would be neat to put a consumer review up there. Every other sex toy is on there and I have a HD camcoder. I wont put anything explicit up but you get the point after watching it.

This message is for HapticEncoder, Admin, or anyone that can help me. I called customer service because my device ID does not work and they said a special technician person will call me back to manually assist me with this problem. I am upset because this problem should not be happening to me and really the only person to blame for this is realtouch/AEBN. I mean, why on earth does the Device ID in the email not match the Device ID that is on the Mini tower of my realtouch?!?!?

As of right now I have been trying to fix my problem for like 2 hours now! I still am waiting for the "Technician dude" to call me back. I am livid right now. Sad

Well I got the email today as i leaped around for joy and called them up and well they said my emails not on the list err. I had to make the suggest to forward the email back to the surport address to prove i recvied it. I swear i was dealing with a very iggnorant person. Had to repeat my email 4 times. Well in two to the three hours to see if they reviced my email? really dear god they must have a crappy computer system or somthing. Well in 3 hours ill call back and hopefully its someone differnt.

If you are talking about the email that allows you to purchase realtouch then I can tell you I had the same problem. They told me to forward the email to them and that they would send me an email confirming that I did in fact receive their email. So, they emailed me back saying to call them again to order the realtouch.

You shouldn't have to talk to a different person, just tell them that you will forward them the email because that is what THEY told me to do. BAM! Problem solved. Big Grin
well i called again later and got a differnt person this lady was good had say everything only once. Done deal I get my real touch in a week yay. But I dont get the tracking thing i got there email but no ups number?
