Nice roundup. I only have one (back before there were so many models to choose from), and it's an ultra tight. I don't use it a lot but certainly have enjoyed it the times I've used it, but I would imagine after experiencing some more diverse sleeves (since buying the Fleshlight, which was one of my firsts) that something like the Wonder Wave pattern would feel even better.
I would like to say thank you to the person that helped me by giving me advice. I had been complaining that I would feel a friction burning pain after using my fleshlight for more than 5 minutes; Even though I would put more lube, the pain would return quickly, thus forcing me to ALWAYS end my fleshlight sessions early. Personally other than the first use or two, I don't notice change over the long term (incl the vortex). The initial thing has to do with the powder and such.
The Lotus sleeve is realistic. It's smooth and tight, yet holds on to lube better than the regular smooth sleeves because of the variations inside. If you've been desensitized from more intense sleeves or just prefer a more intense feeling you may not enjoy it. Having used the entire line, I currently use only the lotus.
I think you'll find that even though you can't hit all the sections at 5 inches you'll still enjoy it. If you're concerned, you can try the sex-in-a-can version. It's shorter and has been recommended on the fleshlight forum for guys under 6-6.5 inches.

Lotus. I had a WW mouth for awhile and didn't care for it at all. It's not because it's too intense, it's that's it's got those abrupt ridges. thud thud thud. And the mouth... eck. Some guys swear by it though.

SIAC: Yeah, you can get it in lotus. The build quality is supposed to be about as good, it's just smaller and supposedly tighter. Yeah, having read some comparisons between Lotus and SIAC Lotus, most of the complaints are from it being too tight.
If you want just the sleeve you have to go to fleshlightgirls.com. It's really just a spinoff part of the main site focused primarily on the lotus sleeves. Pick whichever pornstar you want.. Jenna Haze is the latest. It doesn't really matter, I'd say pick the one most pleasing to your eye since functionally they are all the same.
