To my knowledge, realtouch is not for sale yet. The realtouch website says:
RealTouch will be available to order, February 2009.
I'd say. it will take a while, before you will be able to buy them anywhere else.
You best bet for you, will be to get a prepaid credit card and buy one from the official RealTouch website. Price wise, I doubt anywhere will be cheaper.
