Do you think they could sync older shows to the software.

I bet they will do a classics section, if not they should.[/align]

They do indeed have some classic content.

Well, since you've opened the question up, I think the per minute model is NOT a good model.
You have that clock running in the back of your head at all times.
And even at $1 per minute, that's about $30 per session, every time.
I don't know guys, but that kind of expense adds up pretty quick. Around here, it's cheaper than that for the real thing.
And that's assuming it's a "good" experience.

ok i dont know what kind of cheap ugly ass cracked out hookers your dealin with but i doubt "the real thing" as you put it would cost 30$ let alone be cheaper. However i agree 100% the price for buying usage time blows a big fat one, the fact that its time based alone is pretty horrible. if you run out of minutes the machine just cuts you off and your left with i think the term is "Blue Balls" which then makes all those last 5 or 6 minutes or whatever completely wasted. I havent purchased any additional minutes other than the freebies, for both of those reasons (and because im very poor at the moment). I'm still hoping they allow for unlimited use for a full movie you pay for and own b/c the product itself is pretty damn good, just this pay as-you-go is disconcerting. And with the buying movies instead of VOD you erase the buffering and bandwidth issues opening up a bigger market for ppl that may for whatever reason still not have high speed internet (slower speeds could easily dnld movies overnight or something with no worries about buffers when the time comes to enjoy the product)

And I think, at that point, once the newness and novelty wear off, 99 cents is going to be a bit too high.
The newness and novelty has worn off for me and I still have free time left. I don't see myself buying minutes often. However, I would most likely buy into a monthly option if made available.

Actually, around here, the "ugly ass crack whores" go for as little as $10. No kidding.
And again, the Virtual Sex Machine allows you to buy the videos, own them, and use as often as you like. Tye issues you mention are specifically why the machine was released in that fashion. Good flowing bandwidth is Just not a reality for most. 11 years ago, the VSM was demonstrated working over a network. But ultimately, it was released to the public as a VRCD device for the quality of the experience.
(It can, and always could do "over the network" playback.)
