I actually had an issue with them a while back (after quite some time of not having issues). Yes, I stream on Premium, and for a few weeks I was noticing during the daytime, I was having a lot of problems streaming (would start fine but *stop* or start up with a corrupted image), but at night, it seemed to work fine. This seemed to point to bandwidth on their end to me (not sure about the corruption, but as far as the video stopping anyways),, so I e-mailed them about it and was told it must be my computer. (It's my one real complaint about their service, because frankly I don't believe it - doesn't make any sense whatsoever - it's not my 'net connection and not my computer [I work with computers for a living] - definitely on their end).
At any rate, shorly after that, they changed their system somewhat (used to be you selected the stream to watch...now there are just "levels" you choose and it's more automated), and since then, I haven't experienced problems. To be fair though, lately I mostly use their service at night as I'm up fairly late and it's my free time, so demand (probably) isn't as great. I rarely try it in the day (when their demand would likely be up), but did once or twice and it seemed much better. If you like, I'd be glad to play with it a bit next week when I get a free moment in the daytime to see if I'm still having any issues.
Just curious the reason for the question - have you been experiencing issues yourself?
My feeling is if it's ocurring for you too and indeed a problem again that they're getting more and more subscribers and not keeping up with the bandwidth requirements during peak times or something...

I don't really have any problems, but heard that some people were having these issues. So just trying to do some advance trouble shooting.

Just a note that with some recent daytime use (still mostly nights, but occasional), I still haven't had any recent problems. Looks like they did something to fix the issues.
