Hi There,
On the real touch site where that gal is telling about the real touch machine,the video is choppy and I can't understand what she is saying, can someone help?

Couple of questions:

1.) What speed internet connection do you have? (Probably not the cause, but it is possible.)

2.) What web browser are you using (Internet Explorer, FireFox, etc.) and, if you know, on what Operating System?

My best guess given the very limited information is that your installation of the Adobe Flash Player, which YouTube and RealTouch's sites both use, may be corrupt somehow. If you're comfortable trying to reinstall it (it might be best to remove the old version first, but probably not necessary if you don't know how to do that), you could try to go here and follow the instructions - it should hopefully reinstall the player correctly and fix your problem:

http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

If that doesn't work, you could consider trying an alternate browser, such as FireFox (http://www.firefox.com) and then installing the version of Flash Player for it (same link as above should work - you'd just follow it in the alternate browser).

The only other thing I'd recommend if the above doesn't work (and a good idea anyways) is to make sure your system has the newest hardware drivers and software updates. If you're not familiar with this (and using some version of Microsoft Windows), going to http://www.windowsupdate.com and following the instructions should get you the most important updates.

I would guess the issue is on AEBN's side, I know a few have complained about the flash lagging. The site is getting an overhaul so you shouldn't have to worry about it soon.
