So, im one of the people that couldnt wait for the realtouch to be sold in europe, and bought it via an intermediary.

Recieved the product, and it felt really good for the first 3-4 min.
Then suddenly it started to pinch, and when i stopped it, i found out that somehow the left side of the machine would pinch, or nudge my skin in a way to make it bleed. I looked into the machine, and noticed that instead of having "flat walls" between the tracks, there is a plastic thing sticking out from each side - so im guessing that the tracks going back and forth would press me up against the side of the plastic, and thereby cause a wound.

i found out that a workaround would be to "angle" the device away from that area, and every 30 sec or so, turn it on the side, then upside down etc.

after 10 uses or so, i noticed that lube would flow out from the back of the machine - and after 20 uses or so, i stopped filling the machine (since the lube would drain out in 20 min or so, meaning a waste of money on lube), and just applied it manually before, and during use.

A little before that time, i noticed that the wire entering the machine in the back wasnt attached in any way, and the smaller wired inside the big black ones were viewable - each time i cleaned it and used it, id make sure to push the black wire back into the base - but still, after a week or two, i noticed that one of the wires had come out completely - fix - i taped the black wire in place.

after 20-30 uses or so, when i cleaned it - i noticed that the rubber track had torn 2 places at the edges.

after 3-4 more uses, the tear had widened enough to make the machine defect, since only 10% of the top track was actually attached.

Seeing how hard it is to actually get a hold of the realtouch in europe (and costly, with 2-3x shipping for using an intermediary), and how quickly the machine broke down - im not sure i would recommend it - even though, when it worked, it was the best thing ive experienced (bar the real thing ofc Tongue )
a nice detailed and unbiased review... i'm really on the fence about trying the realtouch. it seems like a lot for toy that seems unreliable... then again i've got enough disposable income and enough bad luck with the ladies that it's probably at least worth a try
