Hello guys, I can't seem to get my realtouch device to work. Both the yellow and green light are on the minitower and I can get it to do the warm up mode just fine. The problem is that when I play a realtouch video, an error message pops up when the video barely begins playing. It says something like "Device Authorization Failure" "We are unable to connect to the realtouch servers. Please check your internet connection and try again."
Has anyone encountered this problem? Please help me out guys!

I had the same problem. It ended up being the Mini-Tower. RT replaced it and now it works great. Call or email RT. Great support at RT.
Also, make sure you turn the power off before connecting or dissconecting your RealTouch. Can say that this should be done with all electronics, I didn,t at first so I think this could have been the issue. No way to tell but worth the effort.
I am having my mini tower replaced. Did both of your amber and green light turn on for your defective minitower? My minitower's amber and green light were both on and I was able to run the warm up mode. The problem is the error message that I would get when I tried to play a realtouch video. I hope the new mini tower will fix the problem.
P.S. I had about 25 minutes in my time bank. I lost a couple of minutes trying to get the device to work, but to no avail.
I had the exact same thing happen to me today out of hte blue, I had not used the device in 2 days, I had it all unplugged tucked away. I took it out today, plugged it in all was working fine for 30 seconds or so and then the heating pads started heating again, and the device stopped working. Now I turn it on and it starts the warm up phase for 3 seconds before it stops.
