So after a month my realtouch just decided to slowly die on me =( the belts aren't as fast as they were and now it wont even get through the warm up process. Gets to about 50 seconds and you hear a real high pitch grinding noise. I've tried to email the customer service department twice but have gotten no reply. Anyone know of any solutions?

I am also experiencing similar issue. It's noticeably slower than before. And this happens just when i have purchased an unlimited clip, great. >.<. I have emailed the customer support about 36 hours ago but so far no replies.
Go through their live chat. It takes about a minute to get someone through that.

I am having similar issues. The belt won't turn when I try to clean it. When I plug it into my computer for warmup mode it only goes for like 10 seconds then stops. I got in contact with someone on the live chat but they want me to call them during the working hours.
