I am having several issues, possibly all related, hope someone has a fix.

Once I start a movie it seems like there is a hesitation in the realtouch, the movie will play for 30 sec to a minute before there is any movement from the realtouch.

Sometimes the video will freeze and the realtouch keeps going, sometimes it seems like there is a lag or a sync issue.

Anybody have any issues like this? Any help would be appreciated.

I was using DSL and now using cable internet service, same problems with both providers.
search at mediaplayer under options >> performances

for buffer: & set the second range to 60sec.
& try again, the freezing looks a buffer problem!

In addition to the buffer range going upwards of 60 seconds. Under detect connection speed, also in performance. You'll want to change that to the speed appropriate to your internet provider. Also if you are on win xp you'll want to set your visualization slider bar to the middle position, if on Win Vista or Win 7 you'll have DVD Playback and Video Options, make sure only option 3 is selected, options 1,2 and 4 are not to be checked off.

Also under your network tab, you'll want to make sure that RTSP/UDP and RTSP/TCP is unchecked. apply settings, restart a video, and everything should be functioning.
