I keep getting this message when I plug my Realtouch into my computer. When I click on my videos, nothing happens. I have the plug-in selected in my Windows Media Player and everything. Please Help.

This is an HP system, right? Then try this.

◦Click Start and enter MSCONFIG.
◦Click the Startup tab when MSCONFIG opens
◦Find the item named "HP Quick Launch Buttons"
◦UN-check that item's box, click OK, restart
From what I read, this should solve the problem.

So, there's a problem with HP and its HID application, the application that lets you use those special buttons. Disabling the problem application gets rid of the error message. It also gets rid of the function that application provides. A deeper solution will probably require some confabulation with HP support.
Thanks for the reply, but that didn't help. Anyone else have any suggestions. The videos will not open at all.
