Full Version: USB tower broke for Real Touch

I plugged the device into my computer and the USB light does not come on any more. I tested the power supply and there was no problem there. When i plug the device to the tower and turned on the power the green light comes on showing it is receiving power but the USB light does not come on. I've tried a few times but i'm pretty sure the USB shorted out. I'm just trying to figure out how to get a replacement tower. As far as i know the device itself works fine and i haven't had any problems with it other than this.

I haven't had to use them personally yet, but I've heard they're very good at getting things replaced.
