I couldn't get my realtouch to work on the laptop (yay windows xp 64), so I used it on the desktop and it worked fine. The next day I tried it, I plugged it in and it wouldn't even start the warm up session, let alone react to a video. And the videos all started saying "There was a problem communicating with the RealTouch servers. Please check your Internet connection and try again." It doesn't matter which of my many computers I try it on, which browser I use, it just doesn't start up and the videos stopped playing. Sucks, the thing was amazing for the short period it did work. Hopefully tech support will email me back soon and fix the problem.

The same thing happened to me. It was my Mini-Tower. RealTouch replaced it quickly and I am Up and Running... LOL
I have a power conditioner as well as UPS. I think an issue may be unplugging or plugging the unit from/in the tower without turning the power off first If you live in a climate that is very dry, static charge is also a possability as well.
Just an idea to watch out for.
