Im wondering if anyone is having the same issues I am with real touch. While I must admit this is a great product, it does have a flaw, the bands seem to keep breaking. the first one broke after a week and the second one that was mailed out as a replacement only lasted 2 day prior to the same issue. bands broke..

Customer service have been very helpful but I do think the product should last more then a week.
If these forums are any indication, it does not appear that the Realtouch is particularly durable, but I can't really fault them too much for this seeing as they seem to be doing their best in getting replacements out to people that are having issues. Hopefully with time solutions will be found to some of these issues, I can imagine that sending out all these replacement units is not doing their profit margin any favors.

I agree, however I have to tell you the the best most responsive CS team I have ever seen.. that alone well keep loyal customers.
