Full Version: I also broke my realtouch

Emailed support last Sunday still haven't heard anything, but here's what happened. I warmed up my realtouch and fired up a movie. About two minutes in I started feeling pain and quickly stopped the movie to see what went wrong. Shocked, I found that the left side of the top belt had torn halfway length wise. I've always used water based lubricants so I don't understand how this could have happened.... Oh and this happens AFTER I just bought 200 minutes. Sad
