Hi everybody, I just wanted to stop in and introduce myself. I am a new addition to the Real Touch team here at realtouch.com and thought it best to let you all know I was around.

Essentially I'm signing on as a member of this lovely community for a number of reasons. Primarily, to be an in house resource for people with questions or concerns about their product, be it troubleshooting or a simple question. Now keep in mind I can't monitor these forums 24 hours a day, so response times will vary, if your issue is an urgent matter, please always use customer service first. Just wanted to get that out of the way early on .

We here at Real Touch hear what you the users are saying, we review these forums and other sources like it regularly to ensure we get all the necessary feedback to improve on the Real Touch experience. So hopefully by adding my presence here to this board, we can also give you an inside track on knowing everything there is to know about the Real Touch device, as that is what they've brought me on to do! So again, feel free to private message me any questions or concerns, even suggestions and I will ensure that the right people hear of it.

I look forward to posting with all of you and of course, hearing from some of you in regards to Real Touch!

Rest assured I've looked at your review a few times actually. The reviews are very important to us, as is any positive or negative feedback from customers so your support definitely is appreciated for sure.

well my belt ripped and i cant do anything with my machine at the moment so ive been one sad masturbator for a few months now. contacted the customer service and all they did was give me a ups lable email. im in a wheelchair and its too hard for me to get out and go to a ups. but it was great while it lasted lol ill order another one when you upgrade the belts they are just too thin around the edges. seems to rip like paper

Right, just like jagg stated you can order a home pick up from UPS and won't even have to worry about a thing.

In terms of the belt trouble please consult your private messages and get back to me, I'd like to look into your issue a bit more.

Currently our research lab has gotten the information we needed in regards to device issues, so because of this we no longer require the devices be mailed back in. We will be sending you out a unit right away based on your belt tear, so please see your PM's and E-mail with all additional information.

cant tell you how happy i am. realtouch is taking care of me. im gonna recommend realtouch on nearly every message board i can. what a fantastic company. I wish nothing but the best for this grade A company!
