The pin on my real Touch that connects to the mini tower has broken off!!
Now my real touch will not work. I have contacted Support and wanting for a call to have it fix or replaced. I love the real touch and want to continue to use it but will not spend to buy another one. i hope the customer service comes through.

Ouch. I've bent pins like that on a monitor before, but it's completely gone, eh? Hopefully they'll get it replaced for you soon. I certainly hope customer service comes through for you - be sure to let us know!

I love also real touch.First of all i have connected the pin with the terminal.Suppose the cable is loose,it is in the offline.So i hope the customer service will be very useful.

Yes Their customer service is first rate.. I got a hold of a manager and my real touch is on the way back for a replacement.
