Ok after seeing how much lube this thing ate. I ordered a half gallon of the same lube that came with it. I finially got some alone time. Topped it off and now the lube dispenser doesnt work. It doesnt even make a noise. I have warmed it up multiple times and tryed the software button a whole bunch all did nothing. Does anyone have any ideas?
When I mixed two types of lubrications, it formed some form of plastic. Others have not been able to reproduce that reaction, but for me, it clogged up my Real Touch fluid pump.

Eventually, I was able to fix the problem using Glycerin as the solvent, but it was a slow process.

However, unlike standard lubrications, pure Glycerin will not evaporate and can last a long time.

For me, my goal was to achieve "female like multiple orgasms" with hour long sessions. Standard lubrications would not last that long with the basic software controls of the fluid pump. With pure Glycerin, hitting the manual software pump button every five minutes was perfect.

My best record has been five orgasms in one hour using the Real Touch. This is an amazing device!

The nice thing about Glycerin is your totalcontrol and freedom. Add just a little water,, and it becomes very slippery. You have the ability to customize the lubrication to your exact needs.

Hope that I have helped in some way...
mattymat04, assuming you don't have the problem shunt1 had, sometimes the pump can just get clogged at the end. I know it sucks to waste the lube, I'd try washing out the chamber with warm water (ideally until water starts coming out onto the belts). Hopefully the lube will start flowing again.

For me, I've found instead of trying to fill the chamber, the best way to use lube is, using the squirt bottle they gave you, fully inserting the nozzle in the hole (ie. not just the tip at the edge but all the way in there) and squirting with as much force as possible for that initial salvo - you should also see some lube leak out and run down the belts. I also don't fill it up completely anymore - I only use I'd say 1/4 of the bottle (sometimes less) a go, which tends to be plenty as my sessions aren't usually very long, ^.^ I've found if overfilled and there's a lot of lube left over after use, that's when I tend to have the most problems getting the pump going the next time.
Hey Matty try contacting customer service, if you can't find a solution to the problem. Another thing you might try is just putting lube on the belts. Personally I prefer this option over using the lube reservoir.
well the thing is if it was clogged it would still make a noise at least correct? My pump makes no noise at all anymore. I hit up customer service no reply yet been two days
