anyone else have issues with 64Bit Windows Vista?

Right out of the box i followed the instructions implicitly and it has green lights on the tower, yet it doesnt go into warmup mode Sad

and the plugin says Device not Connected...
Do you see a yellow light blink at all when you plug into your USB? If the warm up mode is not working this means your computer is not recognizing the USB device. You should probably call Customer Service.
yea the yellow light does not blink when i plug it in, i tried contacting them and am waiting a reply

still have problems, i think its narrowed to the USB, the minitower doesnt light up yellow for the USB when you plug the usb cable into the computer
Have you still not received a reply from Customer Service?
it hit the weekend when they tried to ask me questions....
Customer service is very slow. It took them about 4 days to respond to an email I sent....and the reply I got didn't solve my problem. I'm not sure they are ready for Prime Time in terms of the service aspect.
