ORDERING Experience: 3 Out of 5 stars
No email confirmation was given after purchase, which made me a little uneasy. I called customer support and they informed me that a confirmation email would be sent once the Real Touch shipped, usually in about 2 days.
Total Delivery Time: 1 week after order
Shipping confirmation: 2.5 days after order
Time before UPS had tracking information: 3.5 days after order

Realism: 3.5 out of 5 stars
There are moments durring blow job scenes that feel real for a few seconds. Otherwise the difference is obvious. However it is autonomous and simulates most action very well which makes it very enjoyable and semi-convincing when not "realistic".

Uniqueness: 5 out of 5 Stars
There is Nothing on the market to compare to this. Yes there is room for improvement, but this is over-all a huge first step in the right direction.

Enjoyability: 4.5 out of 5 stars
Even if it's a pain in the ass, it's worth it because it's very enjoyable.

The machine it's self had the new rubber/silicon smell and needed a cleaning, which was fairly painless and took about 30 minutes to dry.
The video crashed under Media player 11 and required a rollback to a previous version as well as 2 hours of troubleshooting with support. Other than that it is easy to set up.

Cleanup: 3 out of 5 stars
Washing the machine out is cake. The thing leaks lube like crazy though and the cover can be hard to open which is enough to drop the rating down two stars in my opinion.

Value: 4 out of 5 stars
The machine is a amazing value at that price, however the cost of minutes and the amount of lube needed drops it down by an entire star.
I would rather pay 400$ for the machine and $100 per 2 hour bluray and a 4.95 per month subscription fee to the website loaded with free 2 minute samples with minutes costing 1/2 what they do now. Or in a perfect world even be willing to pay 700-1000 for the Real Touch accompanied by a offline integrated version of 3DSexvilla 2 or equivalent.

For those of you who really want realism, my own creation:

Get a "Perfect Ass Cyberskin Natural Pussy and Anus" 174$ at vibeshop and a "CyberSkin Cyber Sex Buddy Vagina " 50$ at vibeshop, carefully cut around the tunnel of the CyberSkin Cyber Sex Buddy Vagina until it has walls about 1/2 an inch to 3/4 inch around then use a little lube on the outside to insert into the ribbed(which perfectly helps hold it in) vaginal hole of the Perfect Ass Cyberskin Natural Pussy and Anus. Use ID Warming Sensation lube for the inside and enjoy. Cleanup is a pain because the Perfect Ass is 16 pounds, however the combination creates the most realistic toy I've come across so far.
Epic Failed Unit: Month 6

I tried the unit out around 1-2 times a week for the first 2 months then used it rarely for the next two or 3 and then started using it regularly, almost daily.

The machine quickly started making an unusual noise at that time aroudnthe 5th month mark.
Soon after I discovered that the lower belt would jam up and stop spinning durring the warmup phase and the unit would not heat completely.

Around the 6th month, in fact the day that I purchased my first and only unlimited rental... the unit began leaking brown water around the lube openeing when I went for cleanup. It worked for one more day and then died compeltely.

I had always followed the video how to, and cleaned the unit up carefully after each use and I was informed by online support while trying to get a windows 7 issue resolved that there were no discounts for replacement units if one failed outside of warranty. Because of this I never bothered to contact support via email until today.

Apparently the seals were faulty and the unit had been leaking lube and water into the interior mechanics probably from the start. I discovered this after taking apart the unit to see if I could repair it.

Every internal motor and other part was covered in rust.

I have been debating if I should purchase another unit and plan on having to replace it frequently at $200 a pop or just forget about it until I saw a post today from realtouch CSR. I will contact support via email and post my experience here.

All my live support issues have been handled quickly and expertly before now and other than the last person saying there was no discount replacements for defective units out of warranty, I have never been disappointed with realtouch service.

Here is my updated 7 month later Review:

The unit perfomed much better and cleanup was much easier with lube being applied to the belts as the unit was in warmup mode

The unit failed in less than about 7 total hours over 25-60 times of use.
Or, you could just buy a better product.
There is no "better" automated product on the market at this time.

I received a reply from RealTouch support first thing this morning, offering to replace my unit. Within 4 hours they had shipped a new unit and provided me with a tracking number. The estimated delivery time is 5 days.

So far, so good. I am very impressed with Realtouch's support team.

If the product can be improved to address the common leaking issues and fail rates I would certainly purchase another even at a premium.

I think the best thing for RealTouch as a company would be to try and update the unit every year or so with a new premium model that helps address prior issues, while offering the older models at a discount. Like the cell phone market.
