I just received my RealTouch today. Needless to say, I was rather excited about it and was getting nice and ready for its arrival.
I ran into so many problems right off the get go
I ran through all the directions, simple enough. I filled up the lube reservoir, connected everything, etc.
First off, the video got stuck at a certain frame, while the sound went on and the RealTouch moved along with the action. After a computer reboot, the streaming got all messed up: the image was all corrupted and everything.
Somehow I fixed it. Then I realized that the lube wasn't dispensing. I spent so much time waiting on this guy in the LiveChat: his response time took forever and it got to the point that I got up to get something done. He just closed the conversation after I didn't respond for X minutes (dunno how long he waited).
I tried to troubleshoot the lube dispensing mechanism. I go to the RealTouch Controls panel in Windows Media Player and I play with the flow percentage and try to Lubrication Burst. Nothing comes out, but I hear the pump/motor whirring, attempting to dispense lube.
I flushed it out with water: water comes out of the bottom dispenser, but not the top. I ran out of the whole bottle of lube because I flushed it out to troubleshoot. So just to test again, I filled the reservoir with water and Lube Bursted again, but still nothing comes out.
There are plenty of leakages though. Dunno exactly why/where/how it leaks, but it sure does.
In short, I am not happy with my first experience. This is a real drag, because I got this today (Friday) and that means the weekend makes it impossible to ship out a replacement till Monday, even if someone at RealTouch would reply to me. I understand weekends aren't business days, so whatever, it's just a real bummer.
If they care about customer satisfactoin, they should let me get an advanced RMA (put a hold on my credit card of course) so that I can get a FUNCTIONAL product replacement before I ship out the defective one. Otherwise it's gonna take a helluva long time till I get to play >=(
